Werewolves of.... WISCONSIN???

Ok, so I was listening to the radio while taking my son to school this morning and I heard one of the dumbest excuses/warnings ever stated by someone that had broken the law.

After breaking into a home - a Wisconsin man warned the police officers that were arresting him that he was a WEREWOLF and that he could change shape at will...

The story appears in the FDL Reporter. The sad part here (as I have several Wiccan/Pagan friends) is that he also claimed to be part of a "wicth religion"... If one is part of ANY religion, one would think they would at least know the proper terminology for it.

After I read the article though, it started to become clear as to what this man's underlying issues may have been... He was "charged with criminal trespassing, criminal damage to property, disorderly conduct and possession of marijuana." Add to that the fact that while he had stayed in this home after being released from prison, he "stayed at the home he had not slept, was drinking and often incoherent."

Call me old fashioned, but if I was a werewolf - I'd have been LONG gone before the cops got there...
