Say WHAT???!!!
While at work this week, I asked one of my co-workers how his vacation in Alabama's Gulf Shores area was. He had had to cut the trip short by a day due to the incoming hurricane (Gustav). During the discussion, he told us a tale that left quite a few of us shaking our heads.
Seems he had met up with some folks at the resort that were "evacuees" from Louisiana... So... Let's see... We're going to evacuate from the coast of Louisiana... TO THE GULF COAST OF ALABAMA!
I'm not sure what scares me more - the fact that someone would actually DO this - or the fact that they would freely discuss it in public LIKE IT WAS A GOOD DECISION!
